Payment is done by direct debit (only german bank accounts) or by (international) bank transfer to our account. Credit cards can be handled using Paypal.
Ordered goods could be returned to us for recharging within 14 days after delivery. This does also apply for international orders with the exception of shipment costs. Of course, the skeins or other products need to be in original, let's say, almost perfect shape. Just contact us before returning any product for effective handling.
If you like to re-order skeins required to finish your open knitting project, please, also provide us with the dye lot number of the used yarn. Due to the complex production process, only yarn from the same lot will show an identical tint at each light condition.
Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany is applicable to the contractual relations resulting from an order. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin (Germany).
If you should have finished your project but many skeins are remaining completely unused - just contact us. Normally, we do credit untouched skeins for new orders for at least 12 months after delivery - or even more, as long yarn and colour still belong to our range of goods.
