This short description might help to explain the basic principles of this web site.
If you should have any question which is not covered by this short explanation,
please, don't hesitate to contact and to ask us.
You can anonymously use this shop until you'd like to
submit an order. So you could browse through all the yarn presentations, you could select
products to place them in your shopping cart etc.
If you decide to complete and to submit your order, you will be finally asked to open your new customer
account or to sign in on an existing one. Using your E-mail address and your self-defined password,
you will be able to access your own area including address book, personal shopping cart and an overview of
all your orders.
Of course, you can also open your own customer account without submitting any order.
Only your E-mail address, one password, your name and address have to be submitted.
How to place a product into your cart?
Just select the page of the product which you would like to purchase, e.g. you could click in the product area
(left side) on one of the offered product categories. From the resulting product overview you can
select one of the products by clicking on its name or its picture.
After selection, the page of detailed information concerning the product will be presented.
If a product is offered in different options/colours, just select the desired one.
Clicking "In Cart" on the lower right of the product's page will put this product with the
selected option into your cart. The initial quantity is always one. The contents of your cart
will be shown to you after adding one product.
How to change the content of the cart?
If you like to order more than one piece/skein of the selected order, you can change the quantity
on the presented contents page. If you want a product to be removed from the cart completely, just
mark it for removal in the first column. Your changes to the cart's contents need to be confirmed
by clicking "Update".
To put the same product at a different colour/option into your cart, please, return to the product's
details page, select the new option and proceed like before.
How to complete an order?
Just click on "Checkout", either on the carts content page or on the upper right of every page.
If you should still use the system anonymously, you will be asked to log in on your existing
account or to open a new account, if you don't have any yet.
For reasons of data safety, a secure connection will be used starting with the login.
After succesful login or creation of a new account, you will be asked to select the appropriate
shipping method. It is also possible to change the shipping address.
When clicking "Continue", the page dedicated to the billing information will be opened.
As long as you don't own a German bank account, the selection of "Bank transfer or Paypal"
should be your choice. Credit card payments etc. can be handled offline after the ordered products will have been
assembled for delivery. The third possible selection, PayPal, will immeaditely redirect you to
the PayPal.com website where you will be prompted to perform the money transfer at once.
In this case, you can only complete the order by granting the PayPal transfer request. So, we do
only recommend this option if you are familiar with both PayPal and our shop system.
But you can always return to this page to select another option in case you followed this path accidentally.
You finish the payment type selection by clicking "Continue".
Now, the final preview of your order will be shown. If you want to change anything, you can return
to the previous pages by clicking the corresponding entry at the bottom of this page.
If you want to submit your order, click "Confirm Order".
At the last page, you could still add some additional notes and hints for us.
When the order is completed, an E-mail containing the order details will be sent to you automatically.
You can always check the status of an order using your account.
